Returns
If you are, unfortunately, not satisfied with your purchase and looking to return your order, we’re here to help! You can return your order as long as it meets the following guidelines:
- Returns are allowed up to 30 days after your purchase.
- All returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
- All returned items must be with the original hang tags and original packaging.
- Clearance sale items cannot be returned. These items have prices in red.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Refunds are on the products purchased only. If you paid for shipping with your original order, shipping charges are not refunded.
- All returns will be credited to the original method of payment.
To start your return, please send an email to support@uvline.store with your order number and describe the item and why do you wish to return. In this email also inform if you will use the prepaid return shipping label or your preferred carrier.
US customers have the option to purchase a prepaid shipping label for U$8.50. We will deduct this charge from your refund.
If you are shipping with a carrier of your choice, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to avoid delivery problems.
