Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Order processing can take 2-5 business days.
Once you have placed the order, it cannot be changed or canceled.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. The shipping rate will be informed on the checkout page before you place your order.
When the shipping rate is established, the delivery timeline is estimated, not guaranteed.
Deliveries to remote areas cannot be guaranteed by specified time in the shipping chart.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For international shipping, consult the responsible government agencies to know about import duties. UV.LINE STORE does not collect any brokerage fees, import duties, tariffs, or similar taxes at the time you place your order. These fees are determined and collected by your government. You will be asked to pay the applicable amount at the time your shipment is released to you.
